What you need, and whether we are the right people.
Business coaching runs on revenue screenshots and promised figures. Earnings claims have to be substantiated under the advertising code, and almost none of them are. So there are none here, and you can judge us on the work instead.

Her Infinite Abundance Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 10955643, based at Marldon near Paignton in Devon and trading since September 2017. It was previously named Momentum South West Ltd and then Momentum Business Academy Ltd, both of which are on the public record. The work is business consultancy and training for owner-managed businesses.
The business coaching industry runs on numbers it cannot substantiate: revenue screenshots, client results presented as typical, implied earnings. Under the advertising code any such claim must be capable of substantiation, and presenting an unrepresentative result as typical is a misleading commercial practice. So there are none here. We also say plainly that this activity is unregulated — no licence, no protected title, nobody vetting anyone — because implying oversight that does not exist is its own kind of claim. And we refer out what needs authorisation: investment, pensions and financial planning require FCA authorisation, reserved legal activities require a regulated lawyer, and accounts, tax and audit belong to the relevant professional. Financial management is expressly outside our scope.
Because an earnings claim has to be capable of substantiation under the advertising code, and presenting one client's good year as typical is a misleading commercial practice. The screenshots that fill this industry are usually unverifiable and almost never representative. We would rather you judged the work from a conversation than from somebody else's best month.
No, and anyone who does is making a claim they cannot stand behind. We answer for the work, the reasoning and the deliverables. What happens commercially depends on your market, your decisions and your execution, none of which we control. We write our assumptions down specifically so you can challenge them.
It is not regulated at all in the UK: no licence, no protected title, no mandatory qualification, nobody vetting practitioners. That is worth knowing because the industry often sounds as though it were otherwise. Ask us what we hold and we will tell you, and apply the same question to anyone else you are considering.
No. Advising on investments, pensions and financial planning is a regulated activity requiring FCA authorisation, which we do not hold. We can work on the commercial side — what cash the business needs and when — but the moment it becomes a question about a financial product, it goes to an authorised adviser.
No. Reserved legal activities require a regulated lawyer under the Legal Services Act, and general legal advice is not ours to give. We can describe the operational consequences of a situation and help you prepare the questions for your solicitor, which usually makes that appointment shorter and more useful.
The company traded as Momentum South West and then Momentum Business Academy before the current name, and all of it is on the public register at Companies House. We would rather state it than have someone find it and wonder why it was not mentioned. The company, the registration and the director have been continuous since 2017.
